Green Light Energy Conservation is a direct business lender based in Lakewood, New Jersey. We provide working capital loans, revenue-based financing, business expansion funding, and short-term bridge financing directly from our own capital. We are not a broker, and we do not provide merchant cash advances (MCA).

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your business
• Operate a legitimate business in the United States
• Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and applications

3. Services Description

We offer business financing products including but not limited to:

• Working capital loans for operational expenses
• Revenue-based financing with flexible repayment terms
• Business expansion and growth funding
• Short-term bridge financing for immediate capital needs

All funding products are subject to our underwriting criteria and approval process. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding.

4. Application & Approval Process

By submitting a funding application through our Site, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to verify any information and to request additional documentation. Approval decisions are made at our sole discretion based on our underwriting criteria.

5. Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Green Light Energy Conservation, including:

• Communications made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), predictive dialer, or prerecorded/artificial voice messages
